HireRevolt is a free, AI-powered career toolkit designed to help job seekers overcome one of the biggest hidden barriers in modern hiring: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). More than 75 percent of resumes are automatically rejected before a human ever reads them — simply because they are not optimized for machine parsing. HireRevolt closes that gap by analyzing job descriptions, identifying critical keywords, and intelligently rewriting your CV so it scores higher with automated filters while remaining authentic and readable for recruiters.

Who's behind HireRevolt?

Hi — I'm Vittorio. I'm a data scientist based in Amsterdam, and HireRevolt is my side project.

I built it because of something that genuinely bothers me: an industry that charges job seekers €50 a month to 'beat' hiring software, promising interviews no tool can promise — selling certainty to people who are stressed, sometimes desperate, and least able to afford it.

The actual technology behind CV optimization isn't magic. So I built it, made it free, and kept it free: no premium tier, no ads, no selling your data. I pay the AI and hosting costs myself. The tool tells you the truth even when it's inconvenient — it won't invent experience you don't have, it warns you when your CV is over-optimized, and it can't guarantee you an interview, because nothing can.
